Installation Instructions

  1. Sign up for an account through app.jochem.ai/register.
  2. During setup, choose Support Customers and select the Zendesk integration.
  3. Enter your Zendesk subdomain as prompted.

  4. Complete the OAuth authentication to connect Jochem.ai with Zendesk.

  5. Once connected, you will receive a Jochem.ai API key.
  6. Install the Jochem.ai Zendesk plugin, and enter the provided API key in the app settings.

  7. Pin the Jochem.ai application to your Zendesk sidebar for quick access.

  8. You're all set! Start using Jochem.ai within Zendesk to streamline support interactions.
