WowTo provides a complete video knowledge base platform powered by AI for support and training. Create training videos for your organisation, support videos for your customers, or any How-to videos using the WowTo video editor and build a video knowledge base within minutes.
WowTo for Zendesk helps you bring your video knowledge base created with WowTo, right inside your Zendesk support center. Now, you can have a dedicated 'Video Tutorials' category in addition to your text help article categories. Changes done inside WowTo video knowledge base will be automatically synced to the Zendesk help center.

To Install WowTo app for your Zendesk helpcenter:
In your Zendesk 'Admin center', goto 'Apps and Integrations' and open 'Zendesk API'. Enable 'Token access' and create a new API Token, copy this token to your WowTo account site settings.
In your Zendesk 'Guide Admin', goto 'Guide Settings', enable 'Display unsafe content' checkbox and click 'Update'. This will enable WowTo to include video embeds within your helpcenter.
In your WowTo account 'Site Settings', goto Integrate and open 'Zendesk Helpcenter Settings' to enter your Zendesk subdomain, email address and API Token copied in Step 1.
You setup is now completed and your WowTo KnowledgeBase will be synced to your Zendesk Helpcenter whenever you hit Publish changes
