PRIVACY & SECURITY:Free and Pro tiers run entirely inside your Zendesk instance using the official Zendesk App Framework. No data leaves your account. Auditor tier uses an OAuth-authenticated backend to provide drill-down and faster loading — your data is processed in our SOC 2-compliant AWS infrastructure and never sold or shared.
