⚠️ Important Usage Note

For the automation to function, the app must be manually opened in your Zendesk workspace. If your browser session ends (e.g., the browser is closed or refreshed), you must reopen the app to reactivate the automation. This ensures your rules continue to run as intended.

🔒 Security & Privacy

Your data is safe with us:

• All API calls are securely authenticated using your Zendesk credentials.
• Your settings and rules are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized users within your Zendesk account.
• No data leaves your Zendesk environment. The app operates entirely within your Zendesk account and does not transmit data to any external servers or third-party services.
• No third-party sharing. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any outside parties under any circumstances.
• Minimal data access. The app only reads the ticket fields necessary to perform comment conversion. It does not access customer profiles, attachments, or any data unrelated to the task.
• No data retention. The app does not store or log ticket content. Once a conversion is performed, no record of the ticket data is kept outside of Zendesk itself.
