By integrating the two platforms, you can directly access your video library and video inbox within Zendesk Support Tickets and request recordings from and share videos with your customers. Videos will help you engage customers, solve queries faster, and amplify growth.
How does the app work?Our app is built to help you communicate more effectively with your customers through videos.Press "Request a Recording" on the Home Screen. Select the video reply folder you want your user's recording to be saved in. Once everything is in place, you can request for a recording instantly.Press "Share Video" on the Home Screen. Select the video you want to share. Once everything is in place, you can share the video instantly.
Click on "Install" to get started. :D

如何安裝
First of all, you will require a StoryXpress account to add videos to your Zendesk ticket. Once you have secured your StoryXpress account's login credentials, follow these steps:
1. Simply click "Install" button on the top right of this page. 2. Once you're done with the Zendesk's installation process, StoryXpress app will appear in the toolbar of your tickets view. Simply click on it! 3. Click on the "Authorize" button that will direct you to the StoryXpress login page. 4. After logging into StoryXpress with your account credentials, your workspace will connected with your Zendesk account. You can now access your video library and video inbox from within the StoryXpress app itself which will enable you to supercharge your support process with videos. :)
