This app enables admins to set ticket goals for all team members and displays the goal progress in the ticket sidebar.

如何安裝
Basic installation:
Install the app
Open a ticket to see the new app in the app section of the ticket sidebar
Add a goal for yourself by clicking on the reply counter next to the progress bar and typing in your goal
Advanced Configuration:
Open the app settings via the app icon in the left hand sidebar
Select a group from the drop-down selector
Add default goals in the fields next to the group selector to activate team-based counting for this group
Additionally, you can click on the reply counter of each team member to set up individual goals
