What is Sunshine Conversations Campaigns Pro?

Sunshine Conversations Campaigns Pro is an intuitive Zendesk app for WhatsApp campaigns, connected to Centribal Platform. It allows you to use WhatsApp phone numbers configured in Sunshine Conversations, select approved WhatsApp templates, and send notifications individually or at scale.

• Send unlimited contacts using a CSV file for bulk or individual message delivery.

• Access campaign performance statistics and WhatsApp notification delivery information.

Requirements

It is necessary for Sunshine Conversations Campaigns Pro that you have:

• A valid and active Sunshine Conversations license.

• An approved WhatsApp number.

• An approved WhatsApp template.

• An active Centribal Platform license with a Sunshine Conversations plan.

Data disclosure and privacy

The app accesses the Sunshine Conversations configuration values entered during setup, approved WhatsApp template data, campaign names, recipient phone numbers, CSV recipient lists uploaded by admins, template variables, message content and media URLs supplied for notifications, selected Zendesk end-user fields, and delivery or statistics data returned by Sunshine Conversations.

This data is used only to display approved templates, send WhatsApp notifications requested by authorized Zendesk users, create optional internal ticket notes, and provide campaign delivery information. Centribal does not sell this data or use it for unrelated marketing. Customer data is handled with access controls and technical and organizational safeguards intended to prevent misuse, unauthorized access, or exposure.
