Ticket PDF & Attachments adds two tools to the ticket sidebar.
Print or save as PDF
A clean, readable copy of the whole ticket: requester, assignee, organization, group and brand, custom fields with their labels, tags, and the full conversation. Internal notes are optional. It uses your browser's own print function, so every language and script prints correctly.
Every attachment in one list
Each file on the ticket with its size, who sent it and when, plus the total size. Open or download any file with one click, using your own Zendesk login.
Your data stays in Zendesk
The app runs entirely in the agent's browser inside Zendesk. It has no server, stores nothing, and sends no ticket data anywhere. It only reads what the signed-in agent is already allowed to see.

如何安裝
- Click Install. No settings are needed.
- Open any ticket and click the Apps icon in the right-hand sidebar, then Ticket PDF & Attachments.
- Click Print or save as PDF. In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF as the destination.
If the print window doesn't open, allow pop-ups for your Zendesk address in your browser and click Print again.
