About this app
Onro is a last-mile delivery and courier management platform designed for courier companies, logistics providers, retailers, grocery businesses, and other organizations that manage delivery operations.
The Onro Zendesk app helps support agents search delivery orders directly from the Zendesk ticket sidebar using an Onro order code. Agents can view key operational delivery information, including order code, delivery status, status update time, order type, service type, delivery method, and vehicle type when applicable.
This integration helps support teams answer delivery-related questions faster without switching between Zendesk and the Onro admin panel.
Data disclosure: This app sends the order code entered by a Zendesk agent and the configured Onro API key to Onro services in order to retrieve matching delivery order information. The app does not transmit Zendesk conversation content to Onro. The app does not display customer contact details, addresses, driver details, or private delivery instructions inside Zendesk. Data is used only to retrieve and display delivery order information for the authorized Onro customer account.

如何安裝
Log in to your Onro admin panel.
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Open the Zendesk integration section.
Generate or copy your Onro API Key.
In Zendesk Admin Center, install the Onro app from the Zendesk Marketplace.
Paste the Onro API Key into the app setting named Onro API Key.
Save the app settings.
Open a Zendesk ticket and use the Onro app in the ticket sidebar to search orders by order code.
