Lleverage is a low-code AI development platform that lets teams build visual workflows by connecting nodes on a canvas. Each node performs a specific function — AI generation, data processing, integrations — that can be chained together to automate business processes.

What This Integration Does

Connect your Zendesk account to Lleverage and use your support data in AI-powered workflows. No code required.

Lleverage handles authentication, token refresh, and API communication automatically.

Data and Privacy

Lleverage accesses your Zendesk data only through the standard Zendesk API using OAuth 2.0 with read and write scopes. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and refreshed automatically. Getting Started

  1. Create a Lleverage account — Sign up at lleverage.ai if you haven't already
  2. Open your project — Navigate to your project in Lleverage
  3. Connect Zendesk — Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect next to Zendesk
  4. Enter your Zendesk subdomain — This is the part before .zendesk.com in your Zendesk URL (e.g. if your URL is yourcompany.zendesk.com, enter "yourcompany")
  5. Authorise access — You'll be redirected to Zendesk to log in and approve the connection. You'll need admin permissions on your Zendesk account
  6. Start building — Create a new workflow and drag Zendesk nodes onto the canvas. You'll find them under the Integrations category

Requirements

  • A Lleverage account (free trial available)

  • A Zendesk account with admin permissions to authorise OAuth connections
