Have you ever accidentally applied the wrong macro to a Zendesk ticket?
Undo is a free Zendesk app that allows you to undo unsubmittedchanges on a ticket.
This app is especially useful if you have lots of ticket fields andregularly use macros to populate those fields. If you accidentally applythe wrong macro, it can make multiple changes to your ticket andthere's no easy way to see exactly what was changed.
In the past, the only way to remove an incorrectly applied macro was torefresh the screen. But refreshing meant losing all of the otherchanges you had made.
With Undo, you can reverse those changes one by one withoutrefreshing the page and without losing your other edits.
