Requirements
Zendesk for TikTok Shop app requires you to have a TikTok Shop seller account.
How to install
1. Install the Customer Service Connector by TikTok Shop from Zendesk Marketplace.
2. Open any ticket on Zendesk, you should see the Customer Service Connector app on the right. If not, click “Apps” on the upper right corner.
3. Open the Customer Service Connector app and complete setup. Zendesk will ask you to authorize the app. After that, the app will prompt you to log into your TikTok Shop seller account to authorize the app.
