如何安裝
Simply install the app and follow the configuration instructions:
Step 1: If you want the app to automatically lookup your data when you open a ticket, check the Automatic search checkbox and fill in the search criteria.
Step 2: Fill in the domain hosting your webservice.
Step 3: Fill in the URL of your FNAC webservice.
Step 4: Fill in credentials (Partner ID, Shop ID and API Key).
