如何安裝
Before using the app, please make sure to grant access to Volvox to your API (as described in Octopia tutorial). Then, simply install the app and follow the configuration instructions:
Step 1: If you want the app to automatically lookup your data when you open a ticket, check the Automatic search checkbox and fill in the search criteria.
Step 2: Fill in the ID of the ticket field containing the order ID.
Step 3: Fill in your Octopia seller ID.
Step 6: If you want the app to only be displayed on tickets with a given tag, enter the tag in Enable tag restrictions.
