Easily customizable

Even if you don’t have much experience handling websites, this theme offers the convenience of updating links, colors, images via theme settings. It comes with unlimited color combinations so your help center can look as unique as possible.

Built-in analytics features

This theme comes with standard features allowing you to enter your Google Analytics tracking code, Meta Pixel ID, and the ability to set no-index. All of these can be done via the theme settings.

Multi-language support

The components of this theme can be translated into any language using Zendesk Dynamic Content features.

Standard license

This is a one-time cost. Source code is not included in the standard license. However, you can still update most settings such as links, colors, fonts, etc. via the theme settings interface.

Developer license

This is a one-time cost. Source code is included in the developer license. You can access the source code to further customize the theme. HTML, CSS, and Javascript knowledge is required.
