Ensure high data quality in your Zendesk Support instance. This app allows you to validate ticket fields using custom Regular Expressions (Regex). Prevent agents from saving tickets if fields like phone numbers, IDs, or custom codes don't match your required format.

Data handling: This app does not transmit or store any ticket or customer data outside of your Zendesk account. All validation is performed locally in the agent's browser or within the Zendesk app context. No external servers are contacted during validation except for the app's static assets hosted at https://zencraftlabs.github.io.
