Installation Instructions

Follow these steps to set up WhatsApp by Spoki in your Zendesk Support account:

  1. Sign Up for Spoki

    • Visit Spoki and create your account.
  2. Configure Your WhatsApp Business Account

    • Set up your WhatsApp Business API and link it to your Spoki account.

    • Follow the setup instructions provided in the Spoki dashboard.

  3. Install the App from Zendesk

    • Go to your Zendesk Admin Center.

    • Navigate to the Marketplace and search for WhatsApp by Spoki.
    • Click Install and follow the on-screen prompts.
  4. Provide Access Tokens

    • During installation, you’ll be prompted to enter the following credentials:

    Spoki Access Token: - In your Spoki account, navigate to Integrations > Zendesk. - Spoki will generate a Secret Key for your Zendesk integration. - Use this Secret Key as your Spoki Access Token when prompted during the app installation in Zendesk.

    Zendesk Access Token: - In your Zendesk Admin Center, go to API settings. - Generate a Zendesk Access Token if you don’t already have one. - Enter this Zendesk Access Token when prompted during the installation.

  5. Connect Spoki to Zendesk

    • Enter the Spoki Access Token and Zendesk Access Token in the app settings in Zendesk to authenticate and complete the setup.
  6. Start Messaging

    • Open any Zendesk ticket and start sending WhatsApp messages to your customers.
