About this app

Language Weaver machine translation enables global organizations to manage multilingual content and workflows in real-time at scale. The Language Weaver Zendesk plugin enables your agents to communicate with your global customers by providing machine translation in Zendesk Support Tickets. Agents can translate the messages from customers and also allows them to machine translate their responses into the customer's preferred language.

如何安裝

  • The Title will appear to the agent in Zendesk

Language Weaver Cloud

  • If you have registered for the Language Weaver Cloud service, select Language Weaver Cloud. If you have registered for Language Weaver Edge, go to the Language Weaver Edge authentication section below. Note: Only one Language Weaver service can be chosen at a time (Cloud or Edge)!

  • Input the Language Weaver Cloud Base URL. This will be defined by the Language Weaver contract as either https://api.languageweaver.com (default) or https://us.api.languageweaver.com

  • Select the login type (Cloud API login or Cloud User Credential). Note: Only one can be chosen at a time!

  • Add Language Weaver Cloud login credentials. Depending on the login option, credentials fields will be filled with different information:

  • API login:

  • Cloud User name or Client ID field: client Id

  • Cloud Password or Client Secret field: client secret

  • User Credential login:

  • Cloud User name or Client ID field: user email

  • Cloud Password or Client Secret field: user password

  • Select Use a default model in Cloud if you want all agents in the current instance to have the default model set. This option allows the Zendesk admin to set a default model in Language Weaver Cloud. This feature is not available for Language Weaver Edge. If the language pair does not have a model with the provided name, the generic model will be used.

  • Input the model name used to identify the adapted LPs that have been created in Language Weaver Cloud

Note: In order to set a default model across multiple languages, be sure to use the same model name when creating adapted LPs in Language Weaver.

Language Weaver Edge

  • If you have registered for the Language Weaver Edge service, select Language Weaver Edge, otherwise, see above. Note: Only one Language Weaver service can be chosen at a time (Cloud or Edge)!

  • Input the Edge Base URL field with the URL of the Edge instance and the Edge Port field with the port number specific to the Edge instance in use.

  • Add Language Weaver Edge login credentials.

  • Edge User Credentials:

  • Edge User name: user account used to login to Edge

  • Edge Password field: user password

  • After all fields have been completed press the Install button

  • After the installation process is ready and all the settings are correct, the application will run in the ticket apps side bar.

Note: If any information provided in the settings window is incorrect, the application will display an error message that will ask the user to provide the correct information. More info at https://docs.rws.com.
