如何安裝

  1. Install the application from the Zendesk Marketplace

  2. In the configuration settings set the ninjaOneDomain to the domain you use to access NinjaOne for example:

  • app.ninjarmm.com

  • yourdomain.rmmservice.com

  • In the oAuth Authentication Subdomain enter the first part of the region you are on for NinjaOne, for example if you use USA 1 with the domain 'app.ninjarmm.com' you would enter 'app'. The supported regions are:
    • app - USA 1

    • us2 - USA 2

    • eu - Europe

    • oc - Oceania

    • ca - Canada

    1. Click to authenticate with NinjaOne. Enter your login details and approve the applications

    2. Click to Update and save your settings.

    3. The NinjaOne application should now be displayed on tickets and allow you to map devices to tickets.
