HERE ARE THE STEPS FOR SETTING UP TOKBOX IN YOUR ZENDESK ACCOUNT: 1. Sign up for a free account at tokbox.com. 2. Create a standard project (not an embed) in your Account Dashboard. 3. Copy and save the API Key and Secret from the top of your project page. 4. In your Zendesk account, log in as an administrator (or any role that can install apps) 5. Navigate to https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/tokbox/ 6. Click "Install" and follow the instructions 7. Enable the TokBox app in your account settings if it is not already 8. The TokBox widget should now appear in your Support agent interface. If not, try reloading Zendesk in your browser or log out then log back in.
