The Cancel Ticket Submit app prevents ticket submission and allows an agent to review their comments before submitting the ticket in Zendesk
The following information is displayed:
- Modal popup with ticket comment text
- Modal includes a cancel button to cancel ticket submission
- Dismissing the modal or waiting for the timeout will prevent ticket submission
- Configure words or phrases that should be checked on ticket submission
- Confirm sending attachments
- Confirm sending a public or private comment
- Confirm sending only public replies, if desired
- Confirm all recipients, internal and external
