Zendesk user groups

Last updated August 30, 2012

Do you want to share your love of Zendesk with other users? Do you like to network and learn from other organizations? How about having a beer (or two) with friends?

We are looking for passionate Zendesk users to lead and host our user groups all across the globe. This is one of our community programs to help our users share knowledge and ensure they are using Zendesk to it’s full potential. Our pilot event – the mini user group pictured above – was a great success and we’re looking forward to many more. Each meeting will feature a customer speaker sharing their implementation of Zendesk, an interactive group discussion, and early access to new features. These groups will be a great opportunity to share tips and tricks, network with fellow Zendeskians, and meet our team. Plus, maybe pick up a cool piece of Zendesk schwag or two.

Think you have what it takes to lead your user group? Here are the benefits:

  • Great leadership experience
  • Early access to new Zendesk features
  • Broaden your customer service expertise and connect with other experts in your field
  • Help drive the agenda for future user groups

These informal get-togethers will happen all over the world and you (our awesome customers) get to tell us where you want these first events to take place! Besides looking for passionate users to act as group leaders we are also looking for organizations to host the events. All you need is a space big enough for 10 – 15 people for smaller cities or at least 30 people for larger cities.

So whether it’s Tampa or Timbuktu, send me an email at marissa@zendesk.com with “User Group” in the subject line to let us know why we should host our first user groups in your town.
